Sales Tax:  Only orders in the state of Minnesota will be charged the required sales tax.  All other states will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping:  All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by Express Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. We do reserve the right to use other carriers when necessary.

Substitutions:  Due to inventory stock and availability, some candies may vary slightly.  We reserve the right to substitute accordingly.
