May I place an order by phone?


Sorry but we do not take phone orders. The only way to place an order is via our website.


What are my payment options?


Yummy Bouquet accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also provide payment by Paypal for those who prefer this method.


We accept payment by cashiers check and money orders. However, we are not able to accept them by phone or online. When paying by cashiers check or money order mail your payment to:

· Bouquet choice and size

· Candy choice (where applicable)

· E-mail address (for contact, shipping, receipts, etc.)

· Personal inscription

· Ship to name, address, and phone number

· Your name, address, phone number

· Cashiers check or money order made out to Yummy Bouquet

· Remember to add shipping costs into your payment

(The shipping cost automatically calculates on the shopping cart page when selecting your option.)

· Remember to add Minnesota sales tax for residents ordering from MN

(The sales tax is automatically calculated on the shopping cart when you select MN as your state of residence.)


Once we receive payment, we will place the order. Please allow 5-6 days for receipt and time to process your order. Is Sales Tax added to my order?


Yummy Bouquet is required to charge sales tax on orders for Minnesota according to the city and state requirements. Any other state will not incur a sales tax on their order.


How long will it take to process my order?


We make every attempt to process orders in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday.) Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during the RUSH seasons and holidays such as Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s Day, etc. This will ensure your bouquet is delivered on time. We will gladly take early orders to ensure your order arrives at the recipient’s door by your requested delivery date. If you need the order to reach the recipient sooner, you may put a RUSH on your bouquet order for a RUSH FEE of $12.00 during checkout. Please specify in the comment section when ordering, “RUSH.” (This excludes those orders that are pre-ordered for a later date.)




How long will it take to ship my order?


Express Mail is a guaranteed Next-day and Second day service for delivery by noon or 3 p.m. or your money back to most locations. Priority Mail Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination. Ground Packages may take an average of 4-10 days to destination. Please check at www.usps.com to determine delivery for your destination. Please understand that the courier is responsible for shipping your order. Any package not meeting their guaranteed delivery or getting damaged in transit will need to go through USPS for damages and delivery charges. Once it leaves Yummy Bouquet it becomes the courier’s responsibility. We will be happy to work with you to resolve these situations. We reserve the right to use other carriers to insure your package arrives promptly and in time.


Holiday times can take up to 1 week before shipping so order early to ensure your order is on time. Keep in mind that all holiday shipping times may take longer with all shipping carriers.


Do you ship outside the United States?


We take our orders from all over the world, but we deliver in the United States only.


How do we deliver the orders?


Yummy Bouquet’s standard shipping method is USPS by Express, Priority mail, or ground shipping. We also use a number of other services including UPS, FedEx, DHL and others to insure delivery of your bouquet on time. We will provide you a tracking number via e-mail so you may confirm delivery.


When do you insulate orders?


We insulate packages from April 15th to October 15th, or when the ship to city is warmer than 68 degrees F. Yummy Bouquet makes every attempt to ensure your order is received in excellent condition. Chocolates tend to melt during warmer weather and we highly recommend that you add to your order the $5.00 charge for ice and insulation. This is a protective packaging with cold packs to prevent the items from melting.
