Shipping:
Yummy
Bouquet ships all packages within 2-3 business days with our standard
shipping method using USPS (United States Postal Service.) You have
the option to choose Express, Priority, or Ground shipping. Please
understand that the shipping times are estimates, and are not
guaranteed. For additional information on Express or Priority Mail
for your location, go to web address:
www.usps.com.
Yummy Bouquet reserves the right to use
alternative shipping carriers if the occasion arises to insure
delivery of your order in a timely fashion.
Shipping
Internationally:
At
this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship
internationally or to Canada.
Refund/Return
Information
All
Claims for refunds or exchanges due to damage or dissatisfaction
MUST BE MADE within 14 days of receipt of package in order to
qualify for a refund or exchange.
If
a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as overnight
or 2nd day shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed
day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund. Since Yummy
Bouquet did everything in its power to deliver the package as posted,
Yummy Bouquet is not responsible for giving the customer a full
refund for the candy bouquet. It is the responsibility of the
carrier to refund the shipping cost that they guarantee, but Yummy
Bouquet will work and assist the customer to retrieve a full shipping
refund as promised.
Yummy
Bouquet is not required to give a refund if the package
arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be
delivered due to the following:
1.
Recipient Not At the specified address.
2.
Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend.
3.
Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room/Hospital.
4.
No one was at home at the time of delivery (we require the recipient
be there to accept package(s).
5.
Package was rejected by recipient.
6.
Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving
packages.
7.
Wrong Address was given by customer, or package was undeliverable.
8.
Delays due to weather
or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
**Please
note that a second delivery will result in an additional delivery
charge to the customer. **
Customer
may be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if one of the
following events occur:
1.
Product is Damaged. Refunds will not be given until the damaged
product has been returned to Yummy Bouquet, or to the shipping
company to verify damage. Before returning a product to Yummy
Bouquet, the customer must notify Yummy Bouquet's
Customer Service at 612-805-8535 or
via e-mail at yummyb@hotmail.com
and receive written approval of refund.
2.
Package does not arrive at its specified destination, or is delivered
to the wrong destination due to improper addressing of the package on
the part of Yummy Bouquet.
Returns
Due to Dissatisfaction:
If
purchaser received a package and is dissatisfied with it and wishes
to return it, the customer must contact Yummy Bouquet within 5
Business Days of receipt of the package by e-mail at
yummyb@hotmail.com listing reason of dissatisfaction. Upon approval
of the Returns Department, Customer may ship the package back to the
Returns Dept (at customer's expense) for a refund (less the original
shipping fees) PROVIDED that the candies have not been opened or
eaten.
If
the purchaser changes their mind after the product has shipped from
our facility, we are not able to take the product back and there will
be no credit. But if the purchaser changes their mind prior to
shipping of the product from our facility, we will return/credit you
on that purchase.
Please understand that
our Candy Bouquets are food products. For quality assurance
purposes, once shipped from our facility, we cannot re-stock them or
re-use them.
